Graphic Tee’s + Espadrilles: How To Make It Work

Happy Tuesday frenzies!!

Last week was a weiirrrrddddd week for me. Going through some kind of blogger rut and it was NOT FUN. But the good thing is that this week I have a fun look for you and have lots of content in the works (like my fave spring/summer beauty products).

This past weekend, Caroline and I got to hang out with Bachelor boys at their athletic wear launch party (you can go check out my Insta for pics!!!). It was super fun and very L.A., but let me just tell you, some girls have NO SHAME with the ways they try to get attention from those guys. I felt a little bit like I was actually ON the Bachelor with the way girls interrupted. But nevertheless, it was an awesome opportunity to network and meet people and hopefully there will be a Leisureletics collab + interview coming soon 🙂 I’ve linked their website here so you can check it out!

I have a graphic tee obsession. I LOVE them, as I’m sure you know if you are a FaF regular. You can dress them up with a casual jacket or blazer and heels, or dress them down with denim shorts and sneakers. You can do anything with graphic tees AND they are cute. I have rounded up the outfit details at the bottom of this post for convenient shopping!

I think that it’s important to feel GOOD in what you wear. For me, my outfit always brings me confidence. And that is what I love so much about blogging and styling; helping people gain confidence through their style! I know that confidence comes from many places but for me, it is greatly boosted with a kick-ass outfit.

This look is super simple and basically just for day outings and errands! You could finish it up for a more exciting event with a beachy clutch and a hat or throw on some tassel earrings. I put on my olive green army jacket for our outing to Pacific City because it has been overcast and COLD here in Southern California. The options really are endless for this look!

I had been dying to get some espadrilles in my closet, but most are super bright colors (which I am soooo not about) so when I found these Sam Edelman’s, I knew I had to snatch them up! They have the right amount of black with the perfect amount of colored stitching. I realllllly want a pair of YSL or Chanel espadrilles but we can’t always get what we want now can we. Pay bills or wear fancy espadrilles 4 times? Adulting is hard.

Free People does boho graphic tees better than almost any other brand right now and so I knew this one was going to be a hit before the box even hit my doorstep. I stick to the same brands when I am online shopping because I know that a certain size is going to fit me the right way and that makes the lack of an online dressing room not a huge deal.

I threw my blogger pup in some photos even though he really wasn’t loving the spotlight (;

  1. Adulting is REALLY hard! Glad that adulting allowed you to get a pair of espadrilles that are still pretty gorgeous! I love that they’re not crazy bright.

    1. Thanks so much!! And yes me too, that’s my favorite thing about them! Cute but not too loud.

  2. I didn’t even know Free People had graphic tees, love it! BTW love the clarity and filter on your photos, they look gorgeous!

  3. Gorgeous images! I am definitely making my way back to graphic tees lately. There are so many undeniably adorable ones! I love how you paired this one with the ripped jeans and the shoes. Beautiful look!
